Con questo passaggio potete togliere il gusto amaro dato dalla pellicina. Dopo 5 minuti scolate le noci e fatele asciugare, a questo punto la pellicina si stacca. Nel frattempo mettete a mollo la mollica nel latte per qualche minuto, strizzatela molto bene. In un mixer inserite la mollica strizzata, il formaggio, le noci Lara, i pinoli e l&#8217;aglio privato dell&#8217;anima interna e regolate di sale.
