fusion-text-2\"><p><strong>Procedimento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In una casseruola sciogliete 80 gr di burro, aggiungete lo scalogno tritato finemente e fatelo appassire con un mestolo di brodo. A questo punto versate il riso, fatelo tostare bene e versate il Bus delle Fate a filo in pi\u00f9 volte, aspettando che il vino versato sia assorbito di volta in volta. Durante questo passaggio mescolate sempre il riso. Procedete con la cottura, aggiungendo del brodo al bisogno.
