In una padella cucinate con un filo d&#8217;olio il porro affettato a rondelle, versate un po&#8217; d&#8217;acqua e lasciatelo appassire per 10 minuti. Unite i carciofi, spolverate con il prezzemolo e il curry, salate e pepate. Mescolate bene e sfumate con il Prosecco, cuocete con il coperchio a fiamma bassa fino ad ottenere il grado di cottura desiderato. Al bisogno usate ancora del Prosecco.
